minolta

Minolta was founded in Osaka, Japan, in 1928 as Nichi-Doku Shashinki Shaten, meaning Japanese-German camera shop. In an effort to strengthen market share and acquire additional assets in film, film cameras, and optical equipment, Minolta merged with another long-time Japanese camera manufacturer, Konica Ltd., in 2003 and it became Konica Minolta. The company produced a number of 8mm and Super 8mm movie cameras and continues to be a leading manufacturer of single lens reflex cameras.

My dad gave me this camera last year and I am so in love with it. It's a Minolta Maxxum 7000i SLR. It comes with 2 lenses and a flash. The lens thats in the photo is the 70-200mm. It's beautiful.
