ASAHIKIKU " DAICHI (大地) " from Fukuoka Prefecture
ASAHIKIKU "DAICHI" from Asahikiku brewery in Kurume-city, Fukuoka Prefecture. This sake can be enjoyed both as cold sake (REISHU/冷酒) or hot (ATSUKAN/熱燗). We especially recommend it at its perfect temperature of 45℃, which is called JOUKAN(上燗). At 45℃, you can taste its deep flavor while still savor the mild umami of this sake. Its rich body yet sharp taste attracts many people. This sake goes well with warm dishes, including soup, and is our belief the perfect Joukan sake for complete meals.
