Beth - Peanut Butter Fat Bombs If you are on a low carb or ketogenic diet, then you know while eating that way that you receive much of your energy from both the fat you eat and the fat stored in your body. Sometimes it's hard to find healthy snacks. Fat bombs are just that! This is one recipe, but you can add things such as chopped nuts, coconut flakes, raisins, dried fruit, and more. Ingredients 1 Cup of Coconut Oil (melted) 1/2 Cup of Natural Peanut Butter (melted) 1 Teaspoon of Stevia 8 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder (unsweetened) 1/2 Cup of Butter (melted & salted) peanuts (optional) Instructions 1. Place all of the ingredients in a pot and melt until all of the ingredients are combined. 2. Place in mini foil cups. 3. Add a pinch of crushed peanuts into each of the 24 molds. 3. Pour the mixture into each of the mini cups. 4. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy. Remember to eat these cold as the coconut oil will liquify if not.
