牛蒡穴子巻 Grilled Anago rolled with Gobo (burdock) - The main reason I visited Tokyo again in late February is to eat at Kyoaji Matsukawa and Saito. This was only my second visit to Kyoaji but it had became one of the best meals ever since the first bite of the first dish (white miso) during my first visit.
