We're doing a small greased casserole dish and we have about seven pasta noodles that we're going to use. Now, you can use a full-size casserole dish and you could probably do about 10 to 12. Once your pasta is stuffed, we're going to use about three fourths of can of tomato sauce. You can use whatever kind like. It doesn't really matter. For a full-size portion, I would say use about a can, can and a half but for this one, we only need about three fourths of a can and we're going to do about half a cup of water on top. We just want to make sure those noodles get nice and cooked when we bake this. We're going to add about half a cup of white onions onto half of this. I would cook it with the meat but my kids do not like onions so I'm only putting it on half. On top of that, we're going to go with a little bit of garlic powder, little bit of Italian seed, seasoning and we're going to top with half a pound of Italian sausage. I'm using the Johnsonville sweet Italian sausage. You can use spicy whatever kind you like. Doesn't matter just make sure the meat is cooked and drained. Now we're going to cover with a little more sauce. We're going to bake this in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Come back, add some cheese, and this thing is going to be delicious. We're going to keep the foil on just for the first 30 minutes that this cooks. After we add the cheese, we'll cook it for the remainder on covered and after 30 minutes, we're going to uncover this thing and look at how delicious that looks. We're going to top with some mozzarella cheese. We want this thing drenched with delicious gooey cheese and little bit of Parmesan cheese and on top of that, we're going to add some parsley. You can use fresh parsley or the dried stuff. There we go. We're going to pop this back into the oven for about 10 minutes. Come back and dive right in. Alright and our cheese is bubbly and melted. Look at how delicious that looks. This smells amazing. We are just going to dig ourselves out a couple of these Manicotti shells with the cheese and see how delicious that looks.
