こんにちは〜♪ 料理研究家のYｕｕです。 本日ご紹介させて頂くレシピは 鶏むね肉を使った激ウマメイン。 作り方は、とーっても簡単で お鍋に煮汁と鶏むね肉を入れたら あとはコトコト煮るだけ。 包丁いらずでできる上 煮ている間は放置でいいのが嬉しい♪ にんにくのきいた甘辛味で ご飯にもお酒にもピッタリですよ( ´艸｀)
