 HOW IT WORKS 1. Place your order, then send several photos of each person and/or pet in etsy conversations
. Photos with people or pets facing straight toward the camera are the best to work with, so I can get a good idea of what everyone looks like. After purchase, I will reply with a confirmation e-mail and check if your photos work for creating the portrait.

 2. Let me know if you have any special requests. Feel free to send along any other requests, such as outfits, dog collars, hairstyles, jewelry, etc.

 3. You will receive a draft with 3 different background colors via Etsy conversations, and you can request any changes.

 4. Once you have approved your proof I will send the file or the print immediately.

 Cancellations and returns:
 Once the proof is made and has been sent to you for revision, cancellation is no longer possible, but I will make any modifications you desire until you are completely satisfied with the result.
