I folded a three-dimensional jellyfish with one piece of origami. The first half is all about making creases and folding, but the point is to inflate the body at the end. Even if you don't make it perfectly round, even if there are some creases, you can still get the feeling of a jellyfish. For the small jellyfish, I cut regular origami into quarters and then folded it.
