Costumes are not returnable because they can be stretched out and ruined by trying to fit on a pup that is too big, used for photos or events and then returned, etc. , . I cannot resell costumes that have been sent out..I'm sure you would not want a costume another pup had on. They are still animals and can have fleas, costumes have been covered in fur when returned and so on.. therefore I have to enforce a strict policy.
