Here is the hotel that led me to Ulysses. It's called Hotel Peter & Paul in New Orleans, and it used to be an old church before it was converted to a hotel. This was my go-to stay for business trips to Louisiana and Mississippi before the pandemic hit. I always looked forward to my solo trips here; it, too, is such a unique hotel!
