いつものツナマヨを和風にアレンジしました。青じその香りと、隠し味に醤油。ごく薄く切った紫玉ねぎのシャキシャキ感で、軽い食べ心地に。 パンを焼いて上にのっければ立派なごちそうの出来上がり。「なるほど、この手があったか！」と感じるレシピを料理家の飛田和緒さんに教えてもらいました。
