• 椎茸（干し椎茸でも可） 3個
• 白滝 100ｇ
• ゴボウ（冷凍ので可） 50ｇ
• せり 適量
• ネギ 1/2本
• みりん 大さじ1
• 日本酒 大さじ1
• 砂糖 大さじ1～1.5
• 醤油 50ｃｃから60ｃｃ
• 本だし 少々
• 切りもち 4個～5個
