Fluffy Coconut Pancakes (low carb, low calorie, low fat) INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons coconut flour 3 egg whites 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon of non-fat Greek yogurt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or coconut extract (I used coconut because I'm coocoo for coconut!) pinch of salt Stevia to taste  Optional: unsweetened coconut flakes and chia seeds
