Gluten Free~ DON'T USE RICE BREADCRUMBS TO MAKE MEATLOAF~ NOOOO~ Immediately we had a problem~ the rice crumbs turned the meat into incredibly tacky, sticky, pink, fleshy (yes, fleshy) glue~ it was SO disgusting. You can't just pitch $14 of ground sirloin, so with great difficulty I tried to pry the goo from my husband's hands so he could form a loaf. Yuck. We can eat almost any meatloaf. This was so terrible, it tasted predominately like rice and it had the texture of SPAM~ HORRIBLE.
