Ces photos sont offertes par un grand collectionneur, Monsieur Jérôme HOFFART à Toulon (France)    Ce sont des soldats Viêt à la solde de l'armée française, on les appelle aussi les "Tirailleurs". A ne pas confondre avec les soldats du roi (Lính thú).    En Vietnamien, le terme "Lính Khố Ðỏ" désigne l'armée au niveau nationnal ou au niveau d'Indochine, tant dis que "Lính Khố Xanh" est au niveau local. On les distingue grâce à la couleur du morceau de tissu qui descend de la ceinture.

These moga were Japan’s equivalent of America’s flappers, India’s kallege ladki, Germany’s neue Frauen, France’s garçonnes, or China’s modeng xiaojie.
