HOMEMADE APPLE TURNOVER APPLE TURNOVER INGREDIENTS: Puff pastry sheets • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour for dusting • 3 med. Apples • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter • Brown sugar lightly pack (sweeten to taste) • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg • Lemon juice • -1 egg+1 Tbsp milk for egg wash FOR THE GLAZE: • -1/2 cup powdered sugar • -1-2 Tbsp milk This is one of the easiest apple desserts and can even be made ahead. If you don't like Apple Turnovers, used the filling as a topping over some vanilla ice cream instead. So good!
