Smirnoff Caramel Spiced Tea 1.5 oz SMIRNOFF Kissed Caramel 2 oz strong chai tea (unsweetened) 1 oz milk or half & half 0.5 oz simple syrup HOW TO MIX IT: Shake all ingredients with ice. Shake and pour into a double rocks glass. Drizzle with caramel.
