Pioneer Woman's Dr. Pepper Spicy Pulled Pork. Made this in the crock pot (7.5 hours on low with a 4.4 lb roast) this weekend. I've made it in the oven, too, and this is much easier. It's great and makes 16 servings awesome for tacos and sandwiches. We freeze our leftovers with a little of the juice. Yummy (and spicy)!
5-Star*****Carnitas..this smells unbelievable in the CROCKPOT. It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, it's enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
