ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: During production, the iPhone produces millions of kilograms of CO2 emissions. After use, less than 10% of phones are recycled, despite Apple offering free recycling. This waste releases toxic waste like PVC and bromine, that poisoned 49 workers in it's factory in Taiwan. The negative effect of the iPhone on the environment is present in all stages of the iPhone's life.
