Green Gazpacho with Shrimp Recipe on Food & Wine, Thought this was a great recipe as I have a lot of Kale and Swiss Chard in my yard so used the local sourced greens:). I substituted pineapple for the grapes, added Swiss chard & lots of celery. I drizzled the soup with Walnut oil mixed with cream and then added the garlic sauteed shrimp on top of the walnut oil., as a contrast.. Great summer starter or meal. We call this a green drink.
