Fall - Crock Pot Chicken and Noodle Soup: 5 cups of chicken broth (boxed or can is fine). One 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup onions, chopped fine. 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine. 1/2 cup carrots, chopped fine. 1/2 cup green onions, sliced. One 15 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained. Salt and Pepper to taste. 1 1/2 cup Egg noodles. 2 cups cooked chicken chopped.
This is a family favorite. Can be served in a crock pot. Yummy on cold nights.

Roasted Red Potatoes. Quarter the potatoes long-wise. Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Arrange potatoes in muffin tin as shown. Add garlic clove in the middle of the potato quarters. Add half a teaspoon of olive oil on top of each garlic clove. Bake 375 for 25 minutes! Enjoy. Tried it, but didn't use muffin tin or garlic cloves. The spices were good for regular potato wedges too though.
