An Edwardian platinum, diamond and pearl tiara, British or French, circa 1907. The tiara with lattice, lace and foliate motifs, centring a bouton pearl measuring 1.4cm diameter, and set throughout with diamonds, the edges of the tiara frame millegrain set with diamonds, mounted in platinum. Materials: more than 850 diamonds and 359 sapphires in three shades, totaling over 1,200 stones and 70 carats. Provenance: Princess Charlene of Monaco, from Prince Albert II of Monaco on the occasion of their 2011 wedding.
