這間工業感十足的閣樓位於華盛頓州西雅圖市內，是SHED Architecture & Design的作品，坐落在國會山地區與其他建築物相比顯得搶眼且令人驚豔。屋主希望可以將原本混亂的動線和格局重新規劃，以符合現在的生活需求，設計師表示，最大的挑戰是如何將工業感的元素帶入，利用原本混擬土的地板，搭配簡單的色調，天花板則是運用金屬鍍鋅建材佈滿並搭配深色黑鋼的橫樑和護欄。
