I loooooove this one. I took pictures of my DM's. The original is the one in the center, but i attacked that with the threshold aswell... the other two pairs of DM's have been put into threshold, been inverted and rotated. I used the actual Dr. Martens logo to make it seem as a more realistic advertisement.
