Chocolate and cherries go so well and I'm pretty sure these are Morello cherries, as I've found many other recipes for the Morello/chocolate combo. The smoothness of these layers is inspiring. Apple Enchiladas - One pinner said, "OMGosh, these are amazing! I made these for dessert tonight. I made a pan of apple and a pan of cherry. The sauce is incredible. The cooked tortillas are so light. Easy to make and delish! My husband said I'm never allowed to make them again, because he can't stop eating them. :-) I highly recommend trying this one.
