This pair of 1890′s Levi 201′s were found in the Mojave Desert, CA. The condition of the denim was extraordinary. "They are covered in candlewax from candles the miners used to light the tunnels. They were found in an old paper bag with the name of a mercantile store, which operated between 1895 and 1898, in the town of Randsburg, along with a gunny sack with the initials "AP" and "Randsburg" marked on it. APK is through to be Adam P. Kuffel, a partner in the mercantile store.
