Squat  plate press with weight. -- Full body workout. Start out by standing on the floor or use an uneven surface to use core muscles. Place the plate close to chest  squat. Lift plate over head at the same time you stand up. Then slowly Squat back down making sure you dont lean forward (If you seem to lean forward, the weight might be too heavy).
