Geography- This is a picture of Kigali, Rwanda's capital city. Kigali is known as the cleanest city in Africa. It has a population of about 1 million. Kigali was the site of a mass genocide that took place in 1994 and killed around 800,000 people in the span of just 100 days. However, today Kigali is a relatively safe and sophisticated small city. Kigali receives many tourists each year that come to see Rwanda's gorillas.
