Iced Coconut Vanilla Latte 1/4 cup cold-pressed coffee 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 squirt of stevia (or your desired sweetener) water and ice Preparation: I like to use a 1 quart mason jar. Add all of the ingredients, including the ice, place the lid on tightly and give it a good shake. Ta-da! That’s it. Not complicated at all.

Perfect Iced Coffee

DIY iced coffee. The good cold brewed stuff, not the crappy "I just put hot coffee in the fridge" stuff.:

White Wine Sangria with Pineapples and Mango Nectar 1 bottle white wine (a good $15 bottle is fine) 1 ripe pineapple cut into slices 1 orange sliced thin 1 cup brandy (optional) 2 cups mango nectar (I found this at Costco!) 2 cups pineapple soda (I used Pineapple Crush) Mix everything together in a pitcher with the sliced pineapple and orange. Refrigerate for at least a few hours (overnight is better). Enjoy!
