Pineapple Smoothie.....This tastes really good, and with the yogurt and pineapples I used it was only 220 calories. I didn't put in ice because my pineapples chunks were frozen, it tastes pretty much like frozen yogurt. Quite delicious.

Pumpkin Pie Yogurt Oats Ingredients: 1/2 plain canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) 1/4 c. steel cut or old fashioned oats, raw 1 c. fat free vanilla yogurt (I use Dannon Light 'n' Fit) 1 tbsp. peanut butter or PB2 1/8 c. fat free cottage cheese (optional but adds protein) Generous shake of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice Mix and serve immediately for a chewier texture, or refrigerate overnight.
