Fermented Cranberry Sauce- 3c cranberries, 1/2c pecans, 1/2c honey, 1t sea salt, 1/2c whey, 1/2c apple juice, 1t cinnamon, 1/2t ground clove, juice from one orange and one lemon, 1/2c rainsins. put everything in blender. put in quart mason jar. add water if needed to leave about 1" headspace. leave at room temp for 48 hours.
