This 12” afghan square is fast, fun and deceptively easy to crochet. Use black as your outline for a stained glass effect, or go with a bright or muted palette. You can’t go wrong, and I’ll bet you can’t make just one.
This vintage inspired afghan is a modern take on the retro granny square blanket of the 70’s. It combines classic crochet stitches and motifs with lots of vivid colors for a home accessory that makes a statement. Groovyghan is easy to customize with more a fewer colors and even different crochet motifs. For a really funky blanket, use up remnants in various colors and fibers!
