Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites: To make more low carb "friendly" substitute ground flax for the oats, and an extra half ripe banana for the honey. Also, I used Skippy Naturals honey PB, so I still got a bit of that lovely honey taste. Recipe makes 12 "bites" with each bite having: 144 calories, 8 net carbs, 4 g fiber, 4 g protein. Not perfect, but a good alternative to most cookies!
