• 1/2 lb Ground pork

• 3 ears Corn, fresh

• 4 White potatoes, medium

• 1/4 tsp Pepper, ground

• 1 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1/2 Water

• 12 cups Water or more if necessary

• 1/4 cup Colombian aliños

• 1/2 cup Precooked cornmeal or masarepa

• 2 Green plantains (peeled and cut crosswise into 2 inch pieces)

• 1 pound frozen or fresh yuca cut into big pieces
