The Pacific Electric Railway depot, Torrance, built 1912, Irving J Gill, architect | photo taken before 1916. Irving Gill’s simple but elegant depot at 1250 Cabrillo Avenue served Red Car passengers on this Torrance spur from the Gardena line.The building was topped off with a gold dome, and included an outdoor cigar stand.
