2-Minute Paleo English Muffins == Running to the Kitchen (Ingredients: 1/4 C almond flour, 1 T coconut flour, 1/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 egg, 1/2 T coconut oil, 2 T water) (Optional: 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 T maple syrup, 1-1/2 T raisins)
Overnight Oats: love it and will make this a lot. I stayed full all morning. the original recipe calls for 1/2 cup yogurt, milk and oatmeal but it was way too much for one person. I scaled it back to 1/3 cup for each which was a better portion, especially if you are adding fruit.
Yummy Breakfast! throw 2 sliced apples, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour 2 cups of oatmeal and 4 cups of water on top. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low. cozy winter breakfast!
