Raspberry Rose Sorbet (serves 8) You'll need: 2 cups purified water 1 1/2 cup cane sugar 1 Tbsp rose water 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries 1 tsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice Here's how: 1. Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan. Remove from heat once sugar fully dissolves. Set syrup aside to cool. 2. Once syrup is cool, blend with raspberries, rose water and lemon juice.
