Fig,-brie-with-dripping-honey / Brie, Prosciutto and Honey Drizzled Figs / 3 large figs 3 slices of thin prosciutto / 40g Brie, Camembert or Gorgonzola / Honey for drizzling / Mint / Flat bread // Score figs with a deep cross and gently squeeze at base to open slightly. Add a spoonful of cheese to each fig and wrap with prosciutto then place in an oven proof dish. Bake in a pre-heated medium oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint leaves.
