DECK OF CARDS WORKOUT Directions Flip a card then do the number on the card for reps. Follow the exercises above for the suits. All face cards (Jacks, Queens, Kings) are equal to 10 Reps. Aces are 1 minute rest and water break, but always rest when needed. When you reach the end of the deck, you’re done!
