This is more profound that it initially seems. How many of us work ourselves into a bad mood thinking about how much fitter we ought to be rather than expending the energy doing some bodyweight exercises or just moving around? (Guilty as charged.)
Awareness!!! 70% is what you put in your mouth! 30% of whatever your workout routine is. (not just gym) Keeping a food journal helps you stay more accountable : )
