New to Market 1912 Shoeless Joe Jackson Photo at Auction

A previously unknown image of Shoeless Joe Jackson recently auctioned. The 5” x 8 ¾” news photograph shows Jackson, playing for the Cleveland Naps in 1912, just his second full season in the big leagues.

SWINGER: Jim Thorpe with a powerful swing. Thorpe's best season was his last, 1919. He hit .327 in 62 games.
