Pastitsio! This recipe is pretty similar to a family favorite of ours. Not too hard to make and easily multiplied for a group or to freeze one for another day. The baked Bechemel is heavenly. We use penne and parmesan cheese though I'd love to get ahold of the authentic pasta and cheese they call for here!
