mixology bar with delicious, classy drinks and bands/performances (e.g.: swing dancers). Definitely recommend it. They also have good food, but it's a bit pricy.
Pretty good Tex Mex and margaritas/martinis. I like the Texan martini! Multiple locations around town.
Gueros was always a letdown for me, so I was so excited when I finally tried Matt's El Rancho. They make some of the best bad-for-you tex-mex you can get. The beef fajitas are life-changing, and their salsa and margaritas are quality.
Leather recliners + food while watching a movie. The Big House theater is awesome. Even if you're not planning on eating, you should get dine it tickets. This place is way better than Alamo Drafthouse.
Great east side brunch, especially on a day when it's nice out!
Elaine's Pork & Pie
The only pizza that matters.
