1835 Ruby and Diamond Tiara/Necklace, Victoria & Albert Museum, London. Set in silver on a gold frame, rubies, brilliant-cut and rose-cut diamonds. For such a tiara to survive is quite rare. Usually floral tiaras were broken apart in the late early Twentieth Century and made into brooches. This one has only had one adaptation. The frame was slightly altered so that it could be worn as a necklace.
