Winged Victory of Samothrace, 190 BC Gonzalo Fernandez Antunes     This is my favorite as you walk into a room this is at the top of a set up stairs in the Louvre with windows on the ceiling coming down to shine on this statue, you can’t help but stare.

The contrast between the shadow in this sculpture is very nice. I like the texture in the hair. The eyes are symmetrical.
