Red Skelton (aka Richard Bernard Skelton) (1913 - 1997) an American entertainer best known for being a national radio and television comedian between 1937 and 1971. Skelton received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Screen Actors Guild in 1987; he was also one of the International Clown Hall of Fame's first inductees in 1989 "Requiescant in Pace"
