「鶏むね肉」を使ったしっとり柔らかな極上レシピ♡厳選3品 *材料(2人分)* ・鶏むね肉1枚 ・もやし100g ・キュウリ1/2本 【鶏肉の下味】 ・鶏がらスープの素小さじ2強 ・砂糖小さじ3/5 ・水大さじ2 ・酒大さじ1 ・生姜チューブ2~3cm ・片栗粉小さじ1【合わせダレ】・鶏の蒸し汁、醤油、酢 各大さじ2 ・ラー油、ゴマ油各大さじ1・はちみつ大さじ1~・にんにくチューブ2~3cm・白炒りゴマたっぷり(お好みで)・万能ネギ *下準備*・鶏むね肉は、皮を取り、皮がついていた方の面をフォークで数カ所刺す。観音開きにし、包丁で軽く叩いてから【鶏肉の下味】と共に耐熱容器に入れよ~く揉み込んでおく。・もやしは洗ってから、サッと熱湯で茹で流水にさらす。ザルにあげておく。・キュウリは、洗ってから細い千切りにしておく。*作り方*① 鶏むね肉が入った耐熱容器にふんわりラップをして、電子レンジ600wで約4分加熱。一旦取り出し、裏返して更に2~3分加熱する。そのまま5分置いて、余熱で火を通す② ①をレンジから取り出し、容器の中に出てきている鶏の蒸し汁を使って【合わせダレ】を作る。③ お皿に、もやし・キュウリを乗せる。④ ③の上に、好みの大きさに切った鶏肉を乗せ【合わせダレ】をかけてお召し上がり下さい。 あれば、万能ネギを散らすとGOOD!
