Colorful Polka Dot decorated Swiss roll! Make your swiss roll sponge batter, separate some and distribute equally into 5 bowls. Tint them with different colors. Start piping spots of colored batter as pictured. Pop in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or bake for 3 min. Cover with un-colored sponge batter equally on top of spots and bake for about 10 mins. DO NOT OVER BAKE so that it rolls out easily. Turn the cake so that the decorations are facing down. Roll up and cool.
