Cucumber eye mask. Puffy, baggy, tired eyes surrounded by dehydrated skin. 2 tsp cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely grated, & 1 tsp powdered milk. Combine ingredients into a smooth, thick paste and chill for 30 minutes. Add few drops of water if mixture needs to be thinned a bit. Lie down, close eyes, apply mixture to the entire eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
