Decorative antique lamp base has been hand-painted and holds a hand-dyed Lotus silk Peony lampshade. The shade is ombre-dyed from fuschia into teal green. The shade is covered on the sides with gold metallic lace and the front is overlaid with beautiful gold and black embroidered net. The center panels feature antique Chinese lotus applique which are framed on the top by very old gold metal passementerie trim. The shade has hand beaded fringe in matching tones.
